When a vinyl wrap is removed from a boat after a few years, what usually happens to the paint or gelcoat underneath?
Does professional removal normally leave the original surface intact, or is there a risk of adhesive residue, discoloration, or paint damage? Does the age and condition of the original finish make a difference?
