Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ocean Wraps regarding your use of our marine wrapping services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Service Agreement

Service Description

Ocean Wraps provides professional marine vinyl wrapping, boat refinishing, yacht graphics, and related services. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard materials and techniques.

Scope of Work

Each project begins with a consultation and detailed quote. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing will be clearly defined in a written agreement before any work begins.

Custom Design Services

We offer custom design services including 3D renderings and material selection. Design revisions are included up to a reasonable limit as specified in your service agreement.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing Structure

All pricing is provided in written quotes and is valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on boat size, design complexity, materials selected, and current market conditions.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment plans may be available for larger projects upon approval.

Additional Costs

Any changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges. These will be discussed and approved before implementation. Travel fees may apply for mobile services outside our standard service areas.

Customer Responsibilities

Boat Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring their boat is clean, accessible, and ready for service. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extensive preparation is required.

Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe access to the vessel and ensure all necessary permits or marina approvals are obtained for work to be performed.

Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate information about their vessel, including size, materials, and any previous work that may affect our services.

Warranty and Care

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship as outlined in your service agreement. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by impact, neglect, or improper maintenance.

Aftercare Requirements

Customers agree to follow cleaning and care recommendations. Harsh chemicals, abrasive tools, or pressure washing on edges may void coverage.

Limitation of Liability

Ocean Wraps' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, revenue, or profits
  • Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
  • Acts of nature, vandalism, or third-party actions
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel services with 48 hours notice before scheduled start date for a full refund of deposits. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Work in Progress

If work has begun, customers will be charged for completed work and materials used. Custom designs and ordered materials are non-refundable.

Weather Delays

Ocean Wraps may reschedule services due to weather conditions without penalty. We will work with customers to find suitable alternative dates.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida.

Both parties waive the right to trial by jury and agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive method of dispute resolution, except for claims seeking injunctive relief or protection of intellectual property rights.
